I think this is a creative device for kids to brainstorm thinking prior to writing. Allows for differentiation and could be especially suited for certain kids. Will be great for certain learning styles. Can't wait to try this out.
I particularly love that you can import your own photo libraries... such as picture of simple machines or portraits of kids in the class/teachers in the school/ family members etc.
